Manifold
is bolted on with the reason... Once fuel goes trough manifold it cools
it down. So it is very important to keep manifold heated up. Bolt on
manifold is attached to the cylinders and heat is transferred to the
manifold. F.ex. mounted with rubber boots or so, mounted different way,
single carb set up wont work properly because mixture will be rich no
matter what jetting is. Let say you having a moonshine distillation
machine... that develops a liquid from the steam. Long story short.
Manifold should be warm enough to deliver atomized fuel in to the engine
as a gas.
If you are not sure how
to complete your project or have not enough confidence how to do it
right, please DO NOT BUY IT!!! Don't waste yours and my time. I m not
taking returns at all, only if part is defective due to manufacturing
issues or so. No beginners or game players please. I m working hard to
make you old timers get back on the road. Your cooperation would be

NOTE:
Engine tuning should only be performed by experienced mechanics as a
"too-lean" condition can melt pistons and a "too-rich" condition can
lead to excessive component wear and failure. Always do frequent plug
checks or O2 measurements when making any carb adjustment.
NOTE!
Carburetor might come in different color than shown in the pictures
(aluminum color/finish) , depending on stock quantity. So please ask
before you buy. Thank you.

ALUMINUM intake manifold with High Performance PWK 34 carburetor and carburetor holder/boot.
PWK 34 is very similar
to Mikuni VM34. The difference is that Mikuni slide is round, PWK is
flat with a bit rounded side from air throat side and factory jetting is
different.
Flats are usually much more responsive. The distance under the slide is considerably less than a round slide and the space for the slide is smaller, so there is less flow disruption too. That short slide creates a stronger signal "pressure drop" across the jets.
Flat slides are known to be higher performance because there is less area in the slide region of the carb. The air can get across the slide quicker.
STRICTLY FOLLOW THE INSTALLATION GUIDE BELOW!
WARNING!
DO NOT INSTALL THE MANIFOLD WITHOUT GASKETS TO PREVENT DEFORMATION OF
THE FLANGES. MANIFOLD WONT FIT WITHOUT THE GASKETS. THIS IS MANDATORY!
BLACK RTV on gaskets must be used installing the manifold to assure 100% seal.
1. Apply RTV on cylinder heads
2. Stick the gaskets and let them sit for a while.
3. Apply RTV on the manifold and gently tie the bolts.
4. Let it dry for about 45 min - 1 hour.

pilot No 38. Spare Main jets No. 130 and No. 140 are included plus
spare needle and needle jet.

must be re jetted depending on specific engine size. Please feel free to
